As Business Manager, Diane’s focus is on ensuring Far North Coastal Real Estate’s systems are operating as efficiently as possible. She works to fine-tune every aspect of the property transaction process so that both staff and clients can spend more time on the things that really matter — and hopefully enjoy themselves along the way.

Diane has been in real estate operations for over a decade. Like her husband Michael she’s passionate about real estate because at its heart it’s about people achieving their goals. She loves seeing people succeed and achieving things they did not think were possible.

Diane and Michael live on a lifestyle property that’s mostly regenerating native bush. She has a passion for permaculture and they’re currently establishing a food forest.
